These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Wartens Ltd “Refer & Earn” Program. By submitting a referral, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to any individual aged 18 or older, regardless of whether they have previously enrolled in a Wartens course.

• Employees of Wartens Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible for rewards under this program.

2. Referral Criteria

• A referral is considered valid when a referred individual:

  • Is a new customer (not previously enrolled in any Wartens course).

  • Enrolls in an eligible training program (PLC, SCADA, HMI, or approved modules).

  • Completes full payment for the course (installment payments must be fully settled).

• The referral must be submitted prior to or during the referred candidate’s registration process.

• Duplicate referrals will be honored based on first come, first verified submission.

3. Reward Details

• The referrer is entitled to receive £110 per successful referral.

• Payment will be made within 7–10 working days of confirming full payment from the referred individual.

• Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer or any other approved method as agreed.

• There is no limit to the number of people a participant can refer.

4. Disqualification

Wartens Ltd reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral payments if:

• The referral was submitted with false or misleading information.

• The referred person cancels, withdraws, or fails to pay in full.

• The referral does not comply with the rules set out in these Terms.

5. Consent & Data Use

• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained explicit consent from the referred individual to share their contact details with Wartens Ltd.

• Both parties’ personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Conflicts & Expiry

• If the same candidate is referred by two or more individuals, Wartens will honor the candidate’s declaration of who referred them.

• If a referred candidate does not register within 3 weeks of submission, the referral will be considered invalid.

7. Modification & Termination

• Wartens Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of dispute, Wartens Ltd’s decision is final and binding.
